In response to the rapid iteration of industrial parks to meet the needs of enterprise development brought about by the development of science and technology innovation in different periods, and for the future, I believe that technology parks should pay more attention to the relationship with cities, nature and people.
I hope to fully integrate the project into the city by establishing a multi-dimensional urban link. The site is set in a terrace style, respecting the surrounding environmental resources. The architecture follows the step-by-step fall of the base. The scheme adopts the principle of "cold alley", and through simulation, the buildings are laid out horizontally in a staggered manner and recede step by step, which better solves the impact of the expressway on the urban interface and also improves the comfort of the wind environment of the site. We hope to reshape vibrant streets and urban open spaces by constructing multi-layered base surfaces to create vibrant places. The design creates an ecological green valley, a forest living room and several shared gardens that run underground, above ground and in the air, maximizing the symbiosis between architecture and ecology.
